New Vitiligo Study - Now Enrolling
Millions of people are affected by vitiligo, a disorder that causes white patches of skin on the face and body. Vitiligo can affect people of any race, age, or gender. Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder, which means the immune system mistakenly attacks cells that produce the skin’s pigment. Although there are several treatment options available, doctors and researchers are continually studying new potential options that may better treat vitiligo in the future.
Right now, doctors at select centers in the US, Canada, and Europe are accepting participants for a new clinical research study. The study is for an investigational oral medication for vitiligo. If you are 18 years or older and have vitiligo on both your face and body, you may qualify to participate.
If you join, you will receive all study-related care and study medication at no cost from a local doctor. You may also be reimbursed for travel or other expenses directly related to your participation to attend study visits.
